Dil Bole Hadippa is a love triangle between the characters played by Shahid Kapoor, Rani Mukherji and Sherlyn Chopra. Shahid Kapoor is the captain of a cricket team and Sherlyn Chopra, a model, plays his girlfriend.
Mukherji's character is masquerading as a male cricketer who makes it to the men's cricket team to prove that she can play the game as well as any man can. Along the way, Kapoor's character and Mukherji's character fall in love with each other.
